At Kusi Runa, every piece you order is created just for you — inspired by indigenous art and crafted to share good vibes and harmony with the world. Because of that, our returns work a little differently than big-box stores. Here’s how we keep things fair and friendly:

If something goes wrong on our side, we’ve got you covered. We’ll happily replace or refund your order if:

- You received the wrong item
📸 Just send us a quick photo within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right — no worries.

Because every item is made-to-order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges if:
- The wrong size, color, or style was ordered
- You simply changed your mind after ordering

Because our products are made through our print partners, please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns can’t be accepted.
